Let me make a direct quote from Cmdr. Donaldson's "The Case of Witness 649".
"You can see from the modifications that witness 649 made to the CIA drawing that he is clearly showing an object moving STRAIGHT UP from the horizon". If anyone has a problem with this object moving "straight up", then talk to Donaldson. He is the one who posted it on his own web site. Don't try to insult readers of this board by saying that this posting is an "Elmer Barr tactic". It doesn't seem to bother Donaldson supporters that in 1998 Donaldson said it wasn't a stinger missile. You make insulting comments because you NOW realize that the "terrorist missile theory" is in serious jeopardy. Ever wonder why the national media does not take Donaldson seriously? Now you know.
