Cmdr. Donaldson - We're still waiting for you to send that FOIA request to the Navy!

Four years have gone by and Cmdr. Donaldson has still not sent a Freedom of Information Act request to the Department of the Navy. I hope that Donaldson supporters will e-mail Donaldson and ask him to do this.
This would show that Donaldson is truely willing to conduct an "independent - objective" investigation. I invite Cmdr. Donaldson to reply on this/his message board and explain why he refuses to send a FOIA request to the Navy.
