Anyway, we did a search for all Michael Potters, the only Michael "L." Potter in the current FAA database only has a Private Pilot license, not an ATP, and lives in Pewaukee Wisconsin. There are other Michael Potters, some with ATP licenses, but no Michael "L" with an ATP. We also searched that ATP number, it doesn't come up either, nor does the "PN" number, whatever that means.
With that said, it doesn't mean that he wasn't at one time a ATP pilot, but perhaps was suspended or revoked. Not having a valid medical certificate also would make it come up null. Being that he claimes he is retired, that might be a possibility.
Not much help, but hope it did.
