Today, we filed an amended complaint, which adds a request to the CIA for its records generated by the CIA after its release of its zoom-climb animation, in November of 1997.  I didn't know there were any such records until the CIA produced some of them in the court.  It looks like the CIA
released the zoom-climb video-animation before it did its calculations.  

The amended complaint also adds the National Security Agency as a defendant.   In November I received a letter from the National Security Agency saying that the NSA did the simulation for the CIA, and that the simulation is exempt under the FOIA.
