Subject: New Date for TWA800 Hearing
I couldn't be sure that
everyone had received the word about the TWA800 August 2nd hearing
being continued, so I stood outside the courtroom door for about a
half hour before and after the appointed time of 10:00 a.m. on
August 2nd. Fortunately, no one showed up, so the alert must
have been effective.
We just received the
new date for our hearing. It is September 27, 2004, at 10:00
a.m., Courtroom 14, 312 N. Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
This may have worked for our benefit. Many of you were incensed
by the cheap trick and have indicated that an extra effort will be
made to attend on September 27th.

In addition to a presentation of our case, there are lots of good
audio and video clips on the site. Some talented and dedicated
people are giving us tremendous support. Be sure and check the
website before you make the trip to the courthouse. We don't
expect any more delays, but the website is the best way to alert
everyone if a last minute delay should occur.
