New Date Set for FOIA Hearing

On Thursday the Springfield District Court informed all parties that the
hearing for the FBI foia Forensic Withholding lawsuit would be held on
October the 5th at 2PM.

The delay is very unfortunate because the FBI submissions to the court
looked very weak and were likely to lose.  With three more months for the
FBI to pull things out of the hat and muddy the waters of justice we may
not be in as strong a position by October.  A few journalists contacted me
and expressed an interest in coming to the rescheduled hearing.

It was also very frustrating spending so much time informing and promoting
the hearing and then postponing everyone,
