When will Donaldson and ARAP send a FOIA request to the Navy?

I pose a question to the readers of this board. If Donaldson still believes that a terrorist was responsible, then he should be willing to send a Freedom of Information Act request to the Department of the Navy. If the Navy is innocent, they should be more than willing to answer any questions that Donaldson would have. There should be at least one member of ARAP who is willing to ask the Navy questions (through a FOIA request). Show your supporters (and the family members of flight 800) that you all will conduct an "objective" investigation. Donaldson has now placed the U.S. Navy at the scene of the crime. It's time to start asking the Navy questions.
