I think that Cmdr. Donaldson is getting a nice retirement check from the Navy and he does not want to risk losing his check if he were to send a FOIA request to the Navy. It's time for the other members of ARAP to send a FOIA to the Navy.
Donaldson's witness 649 observed an initial 90 degree angle of climb (which isn't a shoulder fired missile). Donaldson's judgment has become "clouded" and you simply can't do an "objective"
investigation if the Navy is paying for your retirement.
