Is Donaldson's Investigation Really "Independent"?

I pose a question to all readers of this board. A retired Naval officer (who probably gets a nice retirement check from the Navy) decides to "independently" investigate the flight 800 incident,
yet refuses to ask the U.S. Navy any questions
(through the Freedom of Information Act). Does this sound like any kind of "independent" investigation? Someone (like Michael Hull) who is not receiving a retirement check from the military should take charge of this investigation now. Then maybe it will be "objective".

Donaldson come in right after the FBI closed it's "Terrorist Theory", someone had to keep the hoax alive in the conspiracy groups. notxt 02:21:29 8/27/100 (0)
