TO: Cmdr. Donaldson and all members of ARAP

Here's a simple way to determine if the Navy is involved. Ask them the following questions through a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request.

(1) How many U.S. Navy surface ships and submarines were within 50 nautical miles of flight 800 when it went down at approximately 2031 hours (e.t.) on 17 July 1996?

(2) What were the names of the vessels and names of the officers in charge?

(3) What were the coordinates (longitude and latitude) of these vessels at the moment when flight 800 went down?

(4) Did the U.S. Navy (or any other military unit) launch an aerial drone between 1830 hours and 2100 hours (e.t.) on 17 July 1996?

(5) Has the U.S. Navy had any written correspondence with the FBI and/or Teledyne Ryan (or any other corporation) concerning the possibility that a Firebee drone (or any other type of drone) may have been found in the wreckage of flight 800? If so, please provide a copy of this correspondence.

(6) Were there any Naval officers who were relieved of command between 17 July 1996 and 30 July 1996?

(7) If so, what is their name, rank, current address, and what vessel/unit did they serve?

WIll Donaldson (and ARAP) accept this challenge?
Let's see!
