I pose a question to all Donaldson supporters:
Is an investigation truely "independent - objective"
if Donaldson (and ARAP) will not send a Freedom of Information Act request to the Navy? Four years have gone by and they still refuse to do this. Maybe one of the Donaldson supporters will "take charge"
and submit their own FOIA request to the Navy.
If Donaldson's "terrorist missile theory" is correct, then the Navy should be more than happy to answer questions through a FOIA request. Will any Donaldson supporters accept this challenge?
