2 Questions that MUST be answered by the NTSB....

1. Are Jet-A fuel and/or fuel vapors so volatile they will “Blow-Up” when exposed to a spark?

The NTSB maintains that that a “spark” from a unknown source ignited the “Volatile fuel/air mixture” in the Center Fuel Tank. The evidence documented by Cmdr. Donaldson shows that this proposed theory is without merit. No one has questioned the evidence and fact that Jet-A fuel vapors need to be heated to at least 175°F before they will ignite. Cmdr. Donaldson’s research indicates that the fuel temperature on 747 CFTs do not get high enough to ignite, even when exposed to much higher and prolonged temperatures than TWA800 was exposed to.

Does anyone challenge this evidence?

2. Have any other fuel tanks ON ANY AIRCRAFT with Jet-A in them exploded due to wiring “sparks”?

Would the fuel/air mixture in a 747 CFT at 13,000 ft be strong enough to blow the nose off of the airplane, if ignited?

Where did the “spark” in TWA800’s CFT come from?
The NTSB has found NO, repeat NO and for a third time, NO evidence of the following:

Source for this spark.
Evidence of a spark.
Source for a spark to be generated in the CFT.

There are NO wires in the CFT. The only voltage in the tank is an extremely low
voltage and current in the fuel gauge hardware. This device showed NO evidence of a spark, according to the NTSB. Where did this spark come from?

These questions alone completely destroy the NTSB’s findings. Once these underpinnings are removed, the entire NTSB investigation collapses. Will the NTSB formally and publicly show their investigative evidence that will answer these questions? If I have stated an inaccuracy, will someone please show me where there is an error!
