I find it interesting how Michael Hull says that there WERE Navy vessels near flight 800 and Cmdr. Donaldson says there WERE NOT any navy vessels near flight 800 (yet they reach the same conclusion that it is a terrorist act). For the sake of argument, let's assume that Michael Hull is correct when he stated that the Navy was looking for terrorists prior to the missile shootdown. Why then would they flee the scene rather than helping in recovery/rescue operations? What Mr Hull and Cmdr. Donaldson must understand is this: There COULD have been a military presence near flight 800 which would NOT have been seen by most witnesses (i.e. - submerged submarines). Every supporter of Hull, Donaldson, and ARAP needs to ask the question: Why won't Donaldson (and ARAP) send a FOIA request to the Department of the Navy. It's very simple to type a letter. It costs 33 cents. It's been 4 years since the flight 800 incident and (to my knowledge) Donaldson and ARAP have
NEVER submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the Navy. The BIG question is WHY?
